Here is another Greenberry Shakeology recipe that I have falling in love with. It helps me recover quicker after my works and taste so good!! :D

½ serving Greenberry Shakeology
1 scoop P90X Results and Recovery Formula®
1 cup water

For the best taste experience, use a blender and add ice. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!

Yes, I said this is my go to Shakeology recipe! It is the fastest and healthiest meal that I probably consume in the day. All you need is THREE ingredients! Now I have no reason to stop and get junk food on my way home or on my way to work.

Here is what you need:

1 Serving of Greenberry Shakeology
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of water

Blend together and enjoy!!  My lil' furchild  Jasper enjoys making shakeology with his momma!!
