Chalean Extreme Day 60 Results

I can't believe it is already past 60 days of the program. I love this program and I truly feel that it is my soul mate workout. I believe that finding your soul mate workout is key to success in becoming healthier. A soul mate workout is that one workout that you know you want to wake up and do every morning. You won't want to cheat on it, by not working out! That is how I see it anyway! Do you all have any favorite workouts? 

Since starting my Beachbody Challenge Group, I have learned so many things. I have learned how to control my food, but still be able to enjoy my favorite meals! I have made exercise an habit. I look forward and always feel my best after a great workout! I have also meet some amazing and motivating people! The accountability of these groups are amazing! If you are interested in learning more about these challenge group leave a comment below! I promise it is a life changing experience!

Anywho....  here are my 30 and 60 day results! I never imagined 60 days ago that I would have had results like this.

Healthy Cheeseburger and Fries??!!

Yep, I said it! Who knew that eating cheeseburger and fries would be okay, when trying to eat healthier. Chalene Johnson (creator of Turbo Fire and Chalean Extreme) has got to have the best recipes. They are so yummy and delicious. One of the Godbey's favorites is: Cheeseburger and Fries.  Though we do change some of the ingredients up, we still love this recipe.

Cheeseburger and Fries:
 5 oz. Ground Sirlion
1 Whole Wheat Hamburger Bun, toasted,
1 oz. Cheddar Cheese
2 slices of tomato
1 Idaho potato or Sweet Potato, cut into 1-inch stripts
Cayenne Pepper
Mixed Greens Salad
Salt and Pepper to taste
Nonstick cooking spray

Prep:  Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay the potato strips on a baking sheet and spray well with a nonstick cooking spray. Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they begin to brown and get crispy. Meanwhile, season the ground meat with salt and pepper and form into a patty. Grill or broil burgers until desired degree of done-ness and melt cheese on top. Serve with mixed green salad! Enjoy!


So this meal was super yummy and I couldn't wait to eat it. So that is why some of my burger is missing. Oops!! Most of the time my husband and I use turkey patties instead of the ground sirloin. That's okay though! Sometimes you just have to modify things, just make sure to keep it healthy!!

Chalean Extreme Month 1 results

Hello all!
I know this is somewhat late, but I have my results from month one of working out with Chalean Extreme! I did incorporate Turbo Fire into the workouts as well. However, Chalean Extreme has been my main workout! Let me say, I'm so EXCITED about my results! I really do believe that Chalean Extreme has become my soul mate workout. When I wake up of the mornings, it's easier to get up because I know I'm going to love my workout! In the past, I would dread getting up because I did not love the workouts I was doing.

Woohoo, I am excited about my results! I am so glad I made that decision to purchase Chalean Extreme. I do not have the heavy weights like she has in the DVD's but it just goes to show that the bands are effective too. Trust me when Chalene Johnson says to make the bands or weights feel heavier than they are, it's a killer burn!

Pumpkin Pie Shakeology Recipe

I am in love with pumpkin!! I LOVE IT! So what better way to enjoy it than with Shakeology. I have never tried this recipe before, so I knew I just had to try it! So, here is a recipe that I found for Pumpkin pie! It was yummy!

Pumpkin Spice Shakeology

All the ingredients!

1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup pumpkin
Add ice and blend. Enjoy!

I'm so glad that even though I'm having delicious pie for breakfast right now, it is giving me all my dense nutrition for the day. The best part, it's all in one cup!!
