Since starting my Beachbody Challenge Group, I have learned so many things. I have learned how to control my food, but still be able to enjoy my favorite meals! I have made exercise an habit. I look forward and always feel my best after a great workout! I have also meet some amazing and motivating people! The accountability of these groups are amazing!
