Week 1

Ok! This week has gone by really fast, but overall good! I only missed one workout, but I am making it up tomorrow. My eating for the first time, has been mostly clean eating! I am proud of that, now just to keep up the momentum.

I am loving Chalean Extreme. It is crazy that in 30-some minutes, that I can burn 300 calories just by lifting weights! It is amazing! I am so happy that I got this program! I love Chalean Johnson and her workouts! She is so motivating and her meals plans are so yummy! Her meals are the only "healthy" my husband Anthony will eat! My favorite is her mini pin wheels! I can't wait to try the other recipes!

I can't believe that I am going to be putting this up here, but it is for the best! I need the accountability, so why not let the whole world wide web keep me accountable. :-/ haha.

     

   
My week one goal is to lose 3 pounds! So far I have lost 2 pounds. So I am excited to see how that turns out on  Monday morning! Well off to bed. Got to make up Fire 45 tomorrow before church! Good night world!
